1. Pan fry after cut into pieces
2. Heat by using the oven
- Preheat the oven 120 c/ 130 c(degree celcius)
- Put the lamb leg and beef into oven around 30 min to 45 min
(Check the Lamb with the thermometer advisable L=70c & B=55c to be ready to serve)
